Article 1: General Provisions

The e-commerce website of, a limited liability company with its registered office in Brussels, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its online store online.

These Terms and Conditions (" Terms ") apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). When placing an order through LCDB/HAIR CLUB's online store, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Article 2: Price

All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other taxes or duties that the Customer is obliged to pay.

If delivery, reservation or administrative fees are charged, this will be stated separately.

The statement of price refers only to the items as it is described verbatim. The accompanying photographs are for decorative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer

Despite the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer shall not bind LCDB/HairClub. As to the accuracy and completeness of the information offered, LCDB/HairClub shall only be bound by an obligation of means. LCDB/HairClub shall in no event be liable in the event of obvious material errors, misprints or printing errors.

If the Customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact our customer service department in advance.

The offer shall be valid while supplies last and may be modified or withdrawn by LCDB/HAIRCLUB at any time.LCDB/HAIRCLUB shall not be liable for the unavailability of any product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this shall be expressly stated in the offer.

Article 4: Online Purchases

LCDB/HAIRCLUB shall be entitled to refuse an order pursuant to a serious default by the Customer with respect to orders involving the Customer.

Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement

Delivery procedure,

Goods are taken from stock at LCDB/HAIRCLUB in Brussels, properly packed and shipped with the services of BPOST,

Delivery times vary according to country of destination,for Belgium it is normally one working day for France and Luxembourg it is on average three working days,

Customer will receive a tracking email so he can follow delivery procedure,

Delivery charges will be listed at checkout

Items ordered through this online store will be delivered in

  • France
  • Luxembourg

Delivery will be made by BPOST.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly provided, the goods will be delivered to the Customer's residence within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an item or other failure in delivery must be reported by the Customer to LCDB/HAIRCLUB without delay.

Risk for loss or damage shall pass to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice had not been offered by LCDB/HAIRCLUB.

Article 6: Retention of title

Items delivered shall remain the exclusive property of LCDB/HAIRCLUB until payment in full by the Customer.

The Customer undertakes to draw the attention of third parties to LCDB/HAIRCLUB's retention of title if necessary, e.g. to any person who may come to seize items not yet paid for in full.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who purchase items online from in their capacity as consumers.

The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day: " on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. ";

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform LCDB/HAIRCLUB BV Rue de l'Hôpital 3-5 1000 Brussels, 00325114193,, of its decision to withdraw from the Agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but is not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The Customer must return or hand over the goods to LCDB/HAIRCLUB without delay, but in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to Hair Club Rue de l'Hôpital 3-5 1000 Brussels or to. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and instructions supplied. If the returned item is somehow diminished in value, LCDB/HAIRCLUB reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the Customer's use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

All returned items are carefully examined. The premise here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as he would be permitted to do in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but must not have been used. If an item has been impaired by the Customer's use this will be charged to the Customer.

" If the Customer has requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, the Customer shall pay an amount proportional to what has already been delivered at the time he has notified us that he is withdrawing from the contract, compared to the full performance of the contract. "

If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, LCDB/HAIRCLUB shall refund all payments received from the Customer up to that point, including standard delivery charges, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after LCDB/HAIRCLUB is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the agreement. For sales contracts, LCDB/HAIRCLUB may wait to refund until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has proven that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by LCDB/HAIRCLUB shall not be refunded.

LCDB/HAIRCLUB shall refund the Customer using the same means of payment with which the Customer made the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer shall not be charged for such refund.

The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

  • service contracts after the full performance of the service
  • the supply or provision of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which LCDB/HAIRCLUB has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
  • the delivery of goods manufactured to the Customer's specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
  • the delivery of goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
  • the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
  • the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other products;
  • agreements where the Customer has specifically requested LCDB/HAIRCLUB to visit him to perform urgent repairs or maintenance there;

Article 8: Warranty

Under the Act of September 21, 2004 on consumer protection in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.

To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.

For items purchased online and delivered to Customer's home, Customer must contact LCDB/HAIRCLUB customer service and return the item to LCDB/HAIRCLUB at Customer's expense.

Upon discovery of a defect, the Customer must inform LCDB/HAIRCLUB as soon as possible. In any event, any defect must be reported by the Customer within a period of 2 months from its discovery. Thereafter, any right to repair or replacement shall lapse.

The warranty (commercial and/or legal) never applies to defects caused by accidents, neglect, falls, use of the item contrary to purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual, modifications or alterations to the item, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if applicable delivery, are deemed not to be hidden defects, unless the Customer proves otherwise.

Article 10: Penalties for non-payment.

Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to LCDB/HAIRCLUB, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the Customer shall automatically and without formal notice be liable to pay interest at 10% per annum on the unpaid amount. In addition, the Client shall be liable, ipso jure and without formal notice, to pay liquidated damages of 10% on the amount in question, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, LCDB/HAIRCLUB reserves the right to take back items not paid for (in full).

The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups may serve as evidence.

Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of international private law on applicable law.
